Demonstration only. This store lets you explore ResearchSentry’s WooCommerce buyer-access workflow. Catalog entries, prices, research applications, draft orders and checkout steps are demonstrations. No physical products are offered or fulfilled through this demo, and a demo order is not an accepted commercial purchase.
Using this demo
These terms apply to the demonstration store at researchsentry.com. You must be at least 21 and use the demo lawfully. Use an email address you control. Do not impersonate another person or organization, use someone else’s credentials, or present a demo result as a genuine research credential or approval.
Use a clearly identified demo research description and non-sensitive test details when evaluating application and order fields. Do not submit identity documents, government identification numbers, patient records, medical information or another person’s private information. Never enter a real card, bank account, cryptocurrency wallet credential, password or login code in an application field.
Research-use restrictions being demonstrated
The workflow demonstrates access controls for legitimate nonclinical laboratory or in vitro research. It does not authorize human or animal administration, self-experimentation, clinical treatment or diagnostic use. Nothing on the demo is medical, dosing or treatment advice, or a representation that a displayed material is approved for human or veterinary use.
Labels such as independent researcher, academic researcher, commercial laboratory and clinician conducting research describe application categories. Choosing a category, confirming a contact method or submitting an attestation does not by itself establish qualification, licensure or eligibility to purchase real materials.
Sign-in and application review
Email links and codes confirm control of a contact method. Keep them private and follow the on-screen browser and expiry instructions. Required application fields, review levels, product visibility and approval duration depend on the demo’s configuration. An application can require review, more information, rejection or suspension. A draft-order request or invitation does not itself authorize checkout.
Any access or approval shown here applies only to the demonstration. It is not approval from Stripe, a card network, a regulator, an institution or a professional licensing body. It does not establish that a real merchant, buyer, product or transaction is permitted. Live merchants need their own suitable policies, review process and payment-provider authorization.
Acknowledgments and electronic records
Application and checkout screens may ask you to confirm statements and type your name. Submitting those screens records the text accepted, the typed name, the relevant policy version, timestamps and related technical evidence as described in the Privacy Policy. In this demo, those records demonstrate the workflow and do not create an order for real materials. Review each statement before submitting and stop if it does not fit your test.
Demo orders, payment and refunds
Displayed prices and order totals are test values. No shipment, delivery, product reservation or paid subscription results from submitting a demo order. Do not make a live payment. If a screen unexpectedly requests real payment information, stop and report it to Ruocompliance@gmail.com. No demo processing fee is due and there is no paid demo purchase to refund. Any future live services or merchant transactions will require separately applicable commercial terms.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the site, submit malicious content, scrape private records, overload the service or test security vulnerabilities without written permission. We may restrict abusive activity or reset demo accounts and test records. Features and access can change or become unavailable during development. Keep your own copy of anything you need; the demo is not a production recordkeeping or compliance service.
Scope and limitations
The demo is provided as available for evaluation. Do not rely on it for a live purchasing, medical, legal or regulatory decision. It does not promise uninterrupted operation, independent identity verification, regulatory compliance, processor approval or eligibility for any particular business. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy explains the information collected and how to request access, correction or deletion. We may update these demo terms and their effective date as the demonstration changes.
